The heart of our organization lies within our Professional Company. Founded by the visionary Artistic Director Morgan A. Williams, our professional ensemble, boasts an impressive roster of accomplished dancers. Together, they have access to substantial professional opportunities and collaborate with renowned choreographers, forming a team of extraordinary artists. Through their combined talents and experiences, The Company sets new standards of excellence in contemporary dance.

2. EDUCATE
Our Pre-Professional Company, comprising Water Street Youth Co. and Water Street II, offers an exceptional training environment to equip aspiring dancers with the essential tools for growth. Under the guidance of our esteemed instructors, our pre-professional dancers receive high-caliber training, ensuring they are well-prepared for the demands of a professional dance career. Furthermore, we organize workshops and intensives to elevate dancers' skills and broaden their artistic horizons. These programs, led by industry professionals, offer participants the opportunity to delve deeper into their craft and refine their techniques within contemporary dance.
3. COLLABORATE
At Water Street Dance Milwaukee, collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. We believe in fostering a strong, inclusive dance community by creating opportunities for dancers of all backgrounds and abilities. Our open community classes invite local dancers to train in a welcoming and supportive environment, ensuring that dance remains accessible to all.
In addition to our pre-professional programs and recreational classes, we are proud to offer an Adaptive Dance Series designed specifically for individuals with disabilities, providing a space where movement, expression, and creativity can thrive.
