Morgan “Mo” Williams is originally from Chicago, IL. While attending Chicago Academy for the Arts, Williams had the privilege of studying under Randy Duncan, Guillermo Leyva, and Anna Paskveska. Following Chicago Academy for the Arts, Mo received and accepted his first professional contract to dance with Dance Kaleidoscope in Indianapolis, IN at the age of 18. Following his time with Dance Kaleidoscope, Mo continued his professional dance career by performing with numerous companies: Momenta Dance Company, Cerqua Rivera, Joel Hall & Dancers, Chicago Dance Crash, Deeply Rooted, Eisenhower Dance Detroit & Visceral Dance Chicago.  READ MORE………

Andrea Stenz

General Manager

Andrea Stenz, graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music and a Minor in Business Administration. She went on to obtain her Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and by trade is a professional marketer and businesswoman with over 20 years’ industry experience. Joining the Water Street Dance Milwaukee team was an easy decision for her given both of her daughters are active members of the Water Street Youth Program along with her own passion for the arts. This brings her back to some of her own roots while also utilizing her strengths in business management.

Sara Kurtz

Executive Director

Sara Kurtz has always loved the arts, she became quickly and deeply involved in the dance world when her oldest daughter started her dance career at the tender age of 4. Sara has helped to direct previous Competitive companies and excels in networking that benefits organizations and dancers by finding lucrative opportunities. She is graduate from Cardinal Stritch University with a Bachelors of Business Administration, she also holds an Associates Degree of Science - Majoring in Marketing. Sara graduated near the top of her class in both degrees. Sara's ambition, attention to detail, and business sense will serve as a huge asset to WSDM.
