Morgan Williams
Founder & Artistic Director
Morgan Williams is a distinguished international performer, choreographer, and creative director. At 18, he secured his first professional contract with Dance Kaleidoscope in Indianapolis, IN. Following his time with the company, Morgan went on to perform with renowned concert dance companies, including Momenta Dance Company, Cerqua Rivera, Joel Hall & Dancers, Chicago Dance Crash, Deeply Rooted, Eisenhower Dance Detroit, and Visceral Dance Chicago. His expertise also extends to commercial projects such as So You Think You Can Dance, Catapult Entertainment, Empire (Fox), the Black-Eyed Peas, and Pretty Lights.
In 2019, Morgan founded Water Street Dance Milwaukee, a professional repertory company recently recognized as one of Dance Magazine’s “25 to Watch.” His choreographic works have toured extensively throughout the United States, receiving widespread acclaim. Morgan has also been commissioned to create works for prominent companies and institutions, including Madison Ballet, Visceral Dance Chicago, Milwaukee Ballet II, Texas Christian University, UW-Parkside, and Illinois State University.

Andrea Stenz
General Manager
Andrea Stenz, graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music and a Minor in Business Administration. She went on to obtain her Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and by trade is a professional marketer and businesswoman with over 20 years’ industry experience. Joining the Water Street Dance Milwaukee team was an easy decision for her given both of her daughters are active members of the Water Street Youth Program along with her own passion for the arts. This brings her back to some of her own roots while also utilizing her strengths in business management.
Kate Alava
Artistic Assitant
Kate Alava, a Tampa native, holds a BFA in Dance Performance with a concentration in Modern from the University of South Florida. She has worked with renowned artists like Robert Moses, Alex Ketley, and Claudia Lavista, and performed at the American College Dance Association regional conferences from 2017-2019. Kate participated in the Beijing International Dance Seminar in 2018 and trained at the San Francisco Conservatory of Dance.
She has also performed with Tampa City Ballet’s On Your Feet outreach program and in 7th Ave & Ybor. In 2022, Kate joined Water Street Dance MKE as a company artist and was later appointed Artistic Assistant, performing works by Madi Hicks, Kameron Saunders, and others. She has choreographed for the trainee artists at Water Street Dance MKE. Additionally, Kate serves as the Director of Training Programs at The Studio in Milwaukee.
