What is Water Street Dance Festival?
Water Street Dance Festival is a week-long event for the aspiring professional dancer to both train and make personal connections with working artists & Artistic Directors. Festival attendees will have the opportunity to take classes, audition for companies/projects, and experience the finest contemporary dance the Midwest has to offer!
Each day of classes includes at 4 classes varying in genres, and a choreographic creative process. The week will conclude with a performance by Water Street Dance Milwaukee and the opportunity to audition for various companies and projects.
Water Street Dance Festival serves as the audition for Water Street Dance Milwaukee along with many other companies. Dancers must attend Water Street Dance Festival to be considered for these positions.
